Mapletree Forum Reflection

The mapletree forum has made me learn more insights into entrepreneurship and
sustainability. From the 4 speakers, the one that made a deep impression to me
was Mr. Zach Wilson. Him having a background in civil and construction
engineering and how he relates the need for companies to be more sustainable have
a deep impression on to me. The need for sustainable developments in Singapore
is higher than ever and being able to solve the problem with sustainable   solutions will help the industry.

In addition, his perspective on being an entrepreneur is a highlight as he
states the importance of not just the passion but also the resilience and the
know how to be build something that lasts. Such execution requires a well-detailed plan and the availability to adapt to situations and circumstances
that may hinder progress and resolve problems creatively as an entrepreneur.

Overall I have learn much from the forum and intend to apply what I learn in the near future.
